At Joel London's Hilltop, every dish is crafted with care using locally sourced ingredients, artisan cheeses, premium meats, handmade breads, scratch-made sauces, and fresh-churned ice cream—bringing authenticity and quality to every bite.

House-made sourdough served with oil, vinegar, butter, hummus, MN cheese, chef’s choice of cured meat, pickled onion, pickled egg, and mustard.

The evening features a thoughtfully curated selection of seasonal dishes, highlighting locally sourced ingredients and handcrafted flavors. Expect elegant starters, expertly prepared proteins such as slow-roasted beef, delicate walleye and a vibrant vegetable entrée, followed by a refined dessert to complete the experience.

Set Service Policy
To ensure an exceptional dining experience for all guests, our Set Menu service is reserved for adults and children 11 and older. Due to the length and structure of the meal, we do not offer a separate children's menu during this service. Our goal is to create an enjoyable, immersive dining atmosphere for everyone—including families dining with older children.
