A seasonal multi course meal experience lasting about one and a half hours. The set menu flavor profile is based on the Midwest Supper Club with Beef and Lamb, Walleye and Perch all coming into starring roles. We use many local ingredients, while recognizing that many products are created with mastery across the world and can be used to enhance our enjoyment and appreciation of our beautiful Northwoods Minnesota home.
